They took away 3 more free parking spots and now they have people pounding on truck doors asking if they paid for parking. Spots are not marked very well. I have been shut down for almost 4 hours and all of a sudden they want to know if I paid or not. They have about 20 paid parking that was is one area and the other section was free that made total since but no they have to be greedy and add 3 more paid parking. One of the worst truck stops in the ft wyane area. Bu yet you can park on the access road and block 90 percent of it and no one does crap.

It’s frustrating that every time a Black customer uses self-checkout, Chris stands right behind us as though we’re being treated like thieves. Rather than closely watching customers, that time and energy could be spent helping with checkout and providing better customer service. The experience feels targeted and uncomfortable.

The employees are nice friendly and very professional the options of food are abundant the prices of everything are very reasonable. My complaints are the amount of Bob tail drivers that are allowed to stay and scattered across the parking lot taking up multiple spots and causing traffic flow problems as well specifically people with campers and smaller fifth wheel trailers as well as regular four wheelers.Other then that a great store over all

The place is nice and the staff are really nice and professional but your prices are just way too high. It's ridiculous! I know why fuel is high but I'm talking about inside of the store. Way too high. A small sandwich for $6.00? No thanks. I'm sorry but it's too much. Maybe have some more sales or discounts?

There are a lot of homeless people parking here. It doesn’t feel unsafe but it could be cleaned better. I know truck drivers don’t like to clean up after themselves and it shows with the trash and debris in the grasses, but holy dog shit! Can you please clean up your dogs waste and your liquor bottles?? These pictures were taken at 1:30 am. Workers were just standing around by the register laughing and joking. I was going to get a fountain drink but after seeing this… I left and drank the water in my cooler. What has happened…. There is no reason for this at all!!! If you have time to lean and laugh your store shouldn’t look like this! As a driver, it’s nice to see workers that care. The day staff are always walking around doing and cleaning, the night shift not so much. Had to do my reset here. Was inside different times and you can see who takes pride. The outside needs to be cleaned as well. There has not been one person from inside cleaning outside or picking up trash. Can’t blame it on “weekend crew” because this was during the week and I sat through 3 days of shifts and not one person cleaned.
